Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and present product solutions.
  • Actively engage with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile
  • Any Bachelor's degree
  • 0-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in electronics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
